Archive Update: Navigation and External Access Structure

Navigation has been updated to better reflect the structure of the Archive.

External access points — including frameworks, the Research Archive, and the TFL baseline implementation on GitHub — are now grouped under External Websites, while supplementary material is grouped under Extras, separating non-essential content from the core navigation and evaluation flow.

Core sections — documentation, licensing, and FAQ — remain directly accessible.
